Reconstruction of several missing teeth with implants

Reconstruction of a single missing tooth with an implant - a natural solution at Unident Union®

Missing two, three or several teeth in an arch is a situation that significantly affects bite function, facial aesthetics and quality of life.
W clinic Unident Union in Wrocław offers modern implantology to restore missing teeth in a predictable, aesthetically pleasing and permanent manner - without the need to wear removable dentures or grind teeth for bridges.

What does the restoration of several teeth with implants look like?

In the case of several missing teeth, it is not always necessary to place as many implants as there are missing teeth.
We apply the principle:

1 implant can safely hold a maximum of 1.5 teeth (crowns).

With this:

  • 3 missing teeth are restored with 2 implants,
  • 4 missing teeth on 3 implants,
  • 5 teeth - usually on 3 or 4 implants, depending on the distribution of forces.

It is a cost-effective but fully biomechanically safe solution that is used worldwide.

Which implants we use at Unident Union® ?

Depending on the patient's anatomical conditions and preferences, we offer:

Titanium implants (classic)

  • Proven, perfectly integrated into the bone,
  • Used in lateral sections and extensive deficiencies.

Zirconia implants (ceramic, metal-free)

  • Fully biocompatible and aesthetically pleasing,
  • Particularly recommended in the anterior segment and in patients with allergies,
  • Ideal for those looking for metal-free implants.

Implantation planning - how does the treatment work?

1. CT diagnosis (CBCT)

  • Allows assessment of bone width, height and density,
  • Allows ideal implant placement to be planned,
  • Helps to select the correct diameter and length of each implant.

2. digital restoration design

  • The design of the bridge or crowns is carried out using wax-ups i mock-ups,
  • As a result, the effect is predictable and the bite and aesthetics are refined.

Can implants always be inserted straight away

In the case of missing several teeth - especially those lost many years ago - it may be necessary:

  • Bone regeneration (augmentation) - in areas where atrophy has occurred,
  • sinus lift - in the case of upper posterior defects,
  • Soft tissue reconstruction - for an ideal gingival profile.

W Unident Union each case is considered individually - according to the highest standards of world implantology.

What restorations do we use with several implants?

  • All-ceramic porcelain bridge on implants,
  • Single cemented or screw-in crowns,
  • Ceramic restorations E.maxZirconia or feldspar porcelain -
digitally designed and manufactured in laboratories in Dubai, Brazil or Switzerland.

Does the procedure hurt?

No. All procedures are carried out under local anaesthetic, using state-of-the-art surgical instruments.
For more implants, pharmacological sedation (pharmacological tranquillisation) is also possible - for greater comfort.
