In the case of complete absence of teeth - both in the maxilla and mandible - the implantoprosthetics gives patients the opportunity to restore a full smile permanently, comfortably and aesthetically solutions. 
 
At the clinic Unident Union in Wroclaw we use different types of suprastructures prosthetics, digitally designed and made from state-of-the-art materials - according to the individual patient's needs. 
 
a) All-on-4 / All-on-5 / All-on-6 works 
 
These are solutions for patients with edentulous teeth, where a fixed prosthetic restoration (bridge or bridge-like construction). 
The use of appropriately placed implants dispenses with the need to place a single implant for each tooth. 
 
Types of restorations: 

• Screwed bridges made of composite or porcelain,
• beams with individual facing,
• works with single crowns on a beam (e.g. on zirconia) - closest to anatomical nature. 
   
  

It is one of the most advanced, stable and aesthetic prosthetic solutions available today. 
 
b) Prosthetic beams - titanium or zirconium 
 
A prosthetic beam is a rigid, precise structure that connects implants and provides the foundation for further restoration. 
 
Possible configurations: 

• Titanium beam faced with composite - lightweight, flexible, perfect for larger restorations,
• titanium beam veneered with porcelain - greater aesthetics, ideal in the jaw,
• Zirconia beam with single crowns cemented on the stump (e.g. Prettau Bridge) - the most individualised and aesthetic solution, resembling natural teeth. 
   
  

All these beams are screwed to the implants, and the subsequent work (veneering, crowns) can also be screwed or cemented, depending on the project. 
 
c) Dentures on a beam - an alternative to fixed bridges 
 
When for various reasons (e.g. bone conditions, hygienic difficulties, patient's decision) it is not possible to make a fixed bridge, we use clip-on dentures attached to a prosthetic beam. 
 
Types: 

• prosthesis on a beam with distalizations (with overhangs beyond the implants), 
  
• beam prosthesis without distalisation (a more limited solution), 
  
• prostheses on ball attachments or beams type Doldera. 
   
  These are still very stable and functional solutions, allowing patients to enjoy everyday comfort while easily removing and cleaning the work.
