Dr Filip Karasek, M.D., is a graduate of the Medical and Dental Faculty of the University of Leipzig (Germany), graduating with a highest marks. Early in his career, he gained experience in renowned dental clinics in Baden-.Württemberg and Bavaria. Since May 2023, he has been a member of the clinic team Unident Union in Wrocław.
His practice focuses on three key areas of modern dentistry: implantology, oral surgery and periodontics. He is interested in a comprehensive approach and solutions biological based on the patient's own tissues limiting use of biomaterials To essential minimum. In November 2022, he completed a comprehensive implantology curriculum organised by the German federation DGI (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Implantologie), completed by a certification exam in Hamburg.
From 2019 to 2023, he conducted his doctoral dissertation at the department of maxillofacial surgery at the University of Leipzig, obtaining a doctorate in medical sciences.
In addition to his professional activities, Dr Karasek is interested in personal development, travel and loves active recreation such as scuba diving, snowboarding or weight training and constantly pushing his own limits - which he proved, among other things, by independently removing an eighth ... being while still at university.
Dr Karasek sees dentistry as a field in which clinical precision, up-to-date scientific knowledge and trust and empathy must go hand in hand. In his daily work, he focuses on an individual approach, reliable diagnostics and long-term treatment results.
