Beauty Orthodontics - First Bonding Then Ortho® is a combination of orthodontic and restorative techniques to support the treatment of malocclusion in adult patients. According to the principle of "Beauty Orthodontics - First Bonding Then Ortho®". we introduce the first restorations with bonding before braces are fitted. In the course of the therapy, both techniques work in parallel, thanks to which the patient not only enjoys quick aesthetic effects of the therapy, but also experiences many health benefits on an ongoing basis, such as: more space for the correct position of the tongue, elimination or reduction of clenching or grinding of teeth, improvement of pronunciation function, unclogging of the respiratory track - more, comfortable breathing, elimination of migraine headaches, reduction of tension in the muscles of the face, neck, back, reduction or elimination of pain in the spine in the thoracic, lumbar and sacral sections, balanced symmetrical posture.
1. tooth reconstruction and correction of occlusion
- We use composite reconstruction techniques right from the braces fitting stage, following the Beauty Orthodontics - First Bonding Then Ortho® principle.
- We correct occlusal height by restoring lost tooth height with composite restorations. If necessary, we introduce cervical therapy.
- We also restore the correct tooth heights in the aesthetic zone, using composite bonding.
- We glue the brackets onto the dentition thus prepared.
- In the course of treatment, we repeatedly reposition the brackets and apply temporary bonding in order to develop optimum functionality and aesthetics, both in terms of the entire bite and the shape of the individual teeth, known as the "bite-shape". micro-aesthetics and macro-aesthetics.
- Even before the braces are fitted, each tooth receives its morphology.
2. Orthodontic treatment with self-ligating systems
- Using modern orthodontic techniques, treatment lasts optimally, on average 12-18 months.

How the idea of Beauty Orthodontics was born - First Bonding Then Ortho®?
"Idea for Beauty Orthodontics - First Bonding Then Ortho® was born out of my many years of observing patients who came to my clinic from all over Poland with serious malocclusion and numerous aesthetic problems with their teeth. Many of them had previously heard that their case required complex surgical treatment, extraction of healthy teeth, or that their damaged enamel prevented them from successfully starting orthodontics. Seeing the consequences of occlusal disease - worn down, shortened and weakened teeth - I concluded that before I could start orthodontic correction, the original morphology and height of the occlusion had to be restored first. Instead of positioning the teeth in an abnormal alignment, I decided to create a new standard of treatment: first composite restoration (bonding), then orthodontics.
This is how the protocol came about Beauty Orthodontics - First Bonding Then Ortho®, which combines health and aesthetics, providing Patients with an immediate improvement in their well-being and self-confidence from the very first stage of orthodontic treatment. Professionalism and experience
Dr. stom. Iwona Gnach is one of the most well-known practitioners in Poland and has been conducting orthodontic therapies at Unident Union Wrocław for over 30 years. He is a member of International Association for Orthodontics. She was one of the first doctors in Poland to introduce self-ligature and non-extraction techniques into orthodontics. She specialises in cosmetic dentistry and adult orthodontics. Created her own protocol Dental Face Lift®as well as the minutes of Beauty Orthodontics - First Bonding Then Ortho®.
